  ​​​ Cosmetic & Medical Tattooing Terms & Conditions


  • ​​​Semi Permanent cosmetic procedures normally require multiple treatment sessions. For best results, clients will be required to return for at least one touch up procedure between 6 to 8 weeks after the initial procedure. Clients with oily, combine skin types may require additional 3rd top up ( within 6 months since original treatment £75. Annual Colour Boost & Correctional work excluded).

  • All SPMU prices include your first Top Up (6 - 8 weeks after initial treatment). Your procedure is not deemed complete until you have had both treatments.


  • CONSULTATION £0 / DEPOSIT £100 per treatment will be fully deducted from the total cost or refunded if client is unsuitable for treatment following a full consultation. We are able to offer maximum of two free consultations ( prior to your treatment and on the day). Any additional consultations are available at cost of £50\30min.


  • Booking subject to availability and a negative result from a skin sensitivity 'patch test'.


  • We are able to reschedule your appointment once only up to 48 hours beforehand (2 working days). Subject to availability, otherwise will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of the course package treatment or deposit.


  • In the case of cancelled appointments or failure to attend, up to 50% of booking value fee applies. Payment in full might be required for all future appointments.


  • Flexible Finance subject to credit check and required documents.

  • A patch test can detect delayed allergic reactions to our pigments and other products used during the procedure.


  • Your specialist has the right to deny treatment if, in their judgement, the client’s expectations are unobtainable and may negatively affect their health and / or well being.


  • Cosmetic and Medical Tattooing is a process with healing variables, therefore healed colour cannot be guaranteed.​


  • Cosmetic and Medical Tattooing results can be unsuccessful on some skin types. This includes clients with large open pores or very oily skin.

  • Additional Cosmetic and Medical Tattooing work cannot be undertaken for min of 4 weeks, in order to allow the skin to fully heal and 2 weeks for SMP treatments.


  • ​Your Cosmetic and Medical Tattooing top up must take place at the latest 3 months after your initial treatment. Please note that after this period, if your pigment has completely faded new prices will apply.

  • Sun exposure, future skin altering procedures, such as plastic surgery , peels, implants, and/or injectables may alter the appearance of your procedure.


  • Any promotions / discount are not valid with other offers or promotions.


  • Results may vary from person to person. 

General Terms and Conditions​

Set out below are the terms on which RK Exquisite provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatments or procedures at RK Exquisite.


1. Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Booking a consultation:- Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us 48 hours before your appointment. We are able to reschedule your appointment once only. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient.

Booking Single treatments or chargeable consultations:- We take a non refundable deposit of £50/£300 for all our single treatments and courses, when you attend the deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost. Failure to give the full notice will result in the deposit being taken by the clinic. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient.

Booking treatment off a pre-paid course pack:- Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the treatment being redeemed by the clinic. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 07701035558. We will need to know that you wish to cancel 48 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange at least 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of the treatment from your course package or deposit being redeemed.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. RK Exquisite will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of the course package treatment or deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.

3. Credit card details, deposits and payments

To secure an appointment for treatment with RK Exquisite a deposit is required.

For any subsequent individual treatments up to the value of £350 a deposit of £50 will be charged and for any subsequent individual treatments over the value of £350, a deposit of £250 will be charged at the time of booking. Deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity RK Exquisite reserves the right to withhold the deposit.

These charges will not be applied to clients booking an appointment from their existing course package of treatment.

Prices may vary by clinic.

4. Courses of treatments

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the treatment. All treatment courses (except tattoo and hair removal*) must be taken within 6 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 6 months will be forfeited. *Tattoo and hair removal treatments must be taken within 24 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 24 months will be forfeited.

When booking a laser hair removal course of treatment, the appointments must be taken in the clinic where the treatment course was originally purchased.

Treatment course are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance at cost of 50% of booking value, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.

5. Treatment suitability

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.

6. Liability

RK Exquisite will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of pro t), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide RK Exquisite with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. RK Exquisite will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, RK Exquisite regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit RK Exquisite liability for death or any personal injury resulting from RK Exquisite negligence.

Your record

We have a duty to:

Maintain full and accurate records of the care we provide to you,
Ensure that your records are confidential, secure and accurate,

How your records are kept
Our guiding principle is that we hold your records in strict confidence.
The RK Exquisite Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. It abides by the law and observes good practice in maintaining confidentiality and appropriate information security.

Patient data held on paper or disk will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act and destroyed using secure documented procedures after the time periods set out by the Department Of Health.

RK Exquisite Clinic Ltd does not give the names and addresses of patients to other organisations except under the circumstances described in this Privacy Notice. Unless you have signed an additional consent, RK Exquisite Ltd will not contact you after your visit for purposes other than:
-Follow up of care
-Collecting your views about your stay with us
-Settlement of any account that may be due, if appropriate
-Complaints and concerns handling.

Sharing information with your family and friends
We will normally share information about the progress of your treatment with the person you name as your Emergency Contact, if you have provided such a contact, unless you have told us not to do so. Your emergency contact should be someone that you trust and feel close to. It does not have to be a blood relative; it can be a good friend. We ask patients to name their emergency contact so that we know who you would like us to keep informed about the care we provide or the decisions we need to make. In identifying your emergency contact, you are giving us permission to keep him or her informed.  However, note that since our Company provides principally diagnostic services only, it will not generally be appropriate for us to give general information about a patient’s health and such requests therefore should normally be directed to the patient's own General Practitioner or other health professional responsible for the patient’s care.
You can also name other people, with whom you would like us to share information about you. We make best efforts to ensure that information provided over the telephone is restricted to those you have named and we share on a need to know basis. Sometimes this means refusing to disclose information about you to someone who feels they should know about your treatment and progress. Please make your family and friends aware of this.

Special situations
Sometimes we have a legal duty to provide information about people; examples are reporting some infectious diseases, and when a court order instructs us to do so. Records may also be shared without the patient's consent in exceptional situations, such as to safeguard adults or children.

Your legal rights
The RK Exquisite Ltd is the Data Controller of the data it holds about its customers and staff.
You have the right to confidentiality under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA), the Human Rights Act 1998 and the Common Law Duty of Confidentiality. The Equality Act 2010 may also apply.
